2012 Summer Symposium - Teaching Professional English

The symposium on Teaching Professional English is in cooperation with TESOL France and will be held in Paris on Saturday 16 June from 9:00 to 19:30 - Remember 25 May 2012 is the end of online delegate registrations.

Keynote speaker: David Crystal

IATEFL Patron David Crystal will be talking on the topic Language and the Internet. Professor David Crystal is one of the world's foremost authorities on language.

Professor David Crystal is an internationally renowned writer, editor, lecturer, and broadcaster, he received an OBE in 1995 for his services to the English language. He has authored and edited over 100 books, including The Cambridge Encyclopedia of Language, The Stories of English, Language and the Internet, Internet Linguistics: A Student Guide and The Story of English in 100 Words.
