NSCF’s Overall objective - Building Strong Relationships across Canada & The Commonwealth. In order to realize one’s full potential, relationships are key to our need for a sense of connection and belonging, along with our need to feel valued and respected by others. Getting to know each other and learn about our shared interests and values is exciting and helps us unite and grow together. The foundation of any relationship is based on trust, open communication, and mutual respect. These three factors are essential for all relationships to thrive, grow, and resolve conflicts that may arise.
